We do our best to accurately display product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors with perfect accuracy. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been submitted — and to cancel any orders affected by such errors.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue any item at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide — including your name, shipping address, and payment details — is accurate and current. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or that are otherwise flagged as suspicious.

Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transmission. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to locations where the sale of our products is permitted by law. By placing an order, you confirm that it is legal to receive the products you are purchasing in your location. TexasTiGuys is not responsible for orders that are seized, delayed, or returned due to local laws or customs regulations.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays.
