Refund policy
We accept returns only if the item you received is not as described. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
Items that are discounted, marked down, or sold as final sale are not eligible for return.
Before sending any item back, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to you.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note:
Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
